Safety Precautions When Using Packaging Machine
1. Emergency Stop
In case of emergencies such as material spillage or hand entrapment, immediately press the emergency stop switch to cut off power.
2. Bag Positioning
Ensure the bag is properly positioned and the bag mouth is fully clamped to prevent material leakage.
3. Sealing Issues
If poor sealing occurs, stop the machine and first verify that the packaging material complies with specifications. Then adjust the sealing pressure or increase the heat sealing temperature as needed.
4. Dust and Blockage Control
If bags inflate excessively or excessive dust is generated, adjust the fluidized air pressure accordingly. For discharge blockages, increase the fluidized air pressure or adjust the discharge cylinder stroke.
5. Material Blockage Clearing
In case of material blockage: Switch to manual mode and adjust the fluidized air pressure to clear the discharge pipe using the cleaning rod, without covering the bag. If the blockage persists, remove the air replenishment device or fluidization bin cover plate to extract the agglomerated material.
6. Daily Cleaning
At the end of each shift, clean any residual dust from the weighing platform and machine surfaces.
7. Shutdown Procedure
At the end of the shift, switch the machine to manual mode and turn off the main power supply.
